COVID-19 update: Open Houses resume in BC

Hi Everyone! I have had an interesting early July.

On July 7th, BC Real Estate Association relaxed its previous recommendations on Public Open Houses – IN PERSON are allowed with safety guidelines.

Although the Board announced open houses, we found that most of the major search websites are having a delay re-enabling the search — they were listing *only* virtual livestream tours available.

Don’t worry! We worked with Realtor.ca and they have now fixed the problem as of July 12, 2020. KUDOS to their support team to work this Friday/weekend when I called them! We also contacted REW.ca and they are working on getting the regular Open House searches re-enabled.
