From its southern boundary (Guildford St), Upper Eagle Ridge is a quiet neighbourhood with winding streets and circular courts that meander up in elevation to toward Westwood Plateau.

It is home to the Coquitlam Crunch, an urban hike full of steps along a narrow green vein through the heart of Upper Eagle Ridge. This area is very desirable for families and those looking to be at the crossroads of downtown coquitlam yet situated among treelined roads that snake along small stream flows.

This neighbourhood has few condos available but its immediate neighbours Scott Creek, Canyon Springs, and North Coquitlam offer many choices.

This is a great neighbourhood to raise a young family. It allows you to jog with your baby and finish your jog with a nearby coffee or snack at nearby retail areas. The locals enjoy the hidden gem – trails that offer west coast outdoors within the heart of a city. While Westwood Plateau is thoroughly residential and like the top of the ski peak, Eagle Ridge is like the base village perimeter with access groceries, plazas, small shops, retail and other services and amenities.
