Renfrew-Collingwood ranks in the middle of the pack for best places to live. Thats not a bad thing. Its not trendiest but offers affordable housing. There are lots of amenities, Skytrain stations and restaurants along Kingsway. Mostly single family housing area, there are some condos available in this area. There is a smaller mix of apartments and townhouses but there are many Vancouver specials and post-war bungalows.
Bordering Burnaby and metrotown means that there are a lot of amenities nearby as well as entertainment. Convenience means easy access to major shopping chains like Superstore, Candian Tire, Walmart, Save-on-Foods. There are plenty of choices for food fare including multicultural choices of restaurants and cafes.
This area has been experiencing growth as the attractive renovations and new builds in this area provide families with housing that has convenient transit options.
