South Marine neighbourhood is newly designated after a significant amount of redevelopment south of SW Marine Dr. along the Fraser river. This neighbourhood is one of the widest in the city and stretches from Ontario St to the West to Boundary Road to the East.

The South Marine neighbourhood of Vancouver is an affordable mix of older bungalows to all new residences along the Fraser River. It was once marketed in 2000s as Vancouver’s last available residential waterfront. The growing South Marine neighbourhood is a repurposing of some of the most attractive Vancouver real estate combining ease of transport near Canada line skytrain and major SW Marine and Cambie Road access to all of Vancouver. With this central location, you’re only a 25 minutes drive to downtown Vancouver, 10 minutes to Richmond & Burnaby and 15 minutes to YVR.

South Marine residents can bike, stroll or jog along a waterfront pathway that is connected to a full 5 km Fraser River pathway extending from Vancouver to Burnaby. Riverfront Park has a newly developed range of community features including a shopping centre, picnic areas, basketball courts, ultimate field, and volleyball grass area.
